The United States Now OFFICIALLY Have The Power To DISMANTLE Their Federal “Government”

April 18, 2014

Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution

grants the States the ability to

convene and amend, change or

even SCRAP the ENTIRE Federal

Government if two-thirds of the

states (34 total states) call for it and

three-fourths of THOSE states (26

states) are in agreement.

I recently came across a slew of

articles saying that in March of

2014, Michigan’s state legislature

voted and passed a resolution

calling for a Constitutional

Convention of the States, making

them the 34th state to do so. This should, by default, trigger a Convention of the States. I did some research and

found that this has been standing since February 22nd of 1911 when MAINE was actually the 34th state to call for a Convention of the States, but congress has YET to call for one… EVER!

During such a convention, the ENTIRE U.S. Constitution can be changed; nothing is off-limits. This would even allow the states to completely DISMANTLE the Federal Government WITHOUT its consent and repudiate (disown) the debt which that government has incurred (which is somewhere in the ballpark of ONE QUADRILLION, SEVEN-HUNDRED TRILLION DOLLARS, which looks something like this: $1,700,000,000,000,000).

We now have the power to DISMANTLE and ELIMINATE the Federal “Government” and return this country to a CONFEDERACY, which gives the STATES power to control themselves, with no need for a FEDERAL governing body, which is the type of government that we had in place before the U.S. Constitution was unanimously ratified in 1790 and deemed these great states a CONSTITUTIONALLY-LIMITED DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC (NOT a DEMOCRACY, like many would like to believe).

We have the power to not only DROP OUT of NATO, but also to completely SCRAP numerous NUCLEAR ARSENAL treaties, allowing the U.S. to PROPERLY ARM itself once again, getting us out from underneath the EVIL, SCHIZOPHRENIC thumb of ZIONIST ISRAEL.

We could also (FINALLY!!!) DISMANTLE THE FEDERAL RESERVE! We could go back to the GOLD STANDARD or even a BARTER SYSTEM if we wanted to!

We could stop supporting BIG BANKS, BIG PHARMACIES and BIG OIL COMPANIES and become ENERGY SELF-SUFFICIENT!

We could do away with the (ILLEGAL!!!) INCOME TAX and restore a (TRULY) FREE MARKET! The options really are LIMITLESS!

So let’s take a quick look at ARTICLE 5 of the U.S. Constitution. At its core, it provides TWO distinct ways for amendments to be proposed. The first, which has been used for ALL 27 amendments to date, requires two-thirds of both the U.S. House and Senate to approve a resolution before sending it to the states for ratification. The Founding Fathers also devised an ALTERNATIVE way, which says that if two-thirds of the state legislatures demand a meeting, then Congress shall call a convention for proposing amendments.

Here is the FULL TEXT of Article 5: “The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.”

So the impetus is now on the (corporately-controlled-and-CORRUPT-as-all-hell) U.S. Congress to call for such a convention. The last time that an amendment was successfully passed was more than FORTY YEARS AGO (the 26th Amendment which lowered the voting age to 18). The States ratified the 27th Amendment on congressional pay increases (go figure, politicians wanting money? WHAT?!), but it took more than TWO HUNDRED YEARS to do so. With Michigan’s recent vote, and another one just made by Tennessee on April 9th, 2014, maybe we can FINALLY right SO MANY wrongs and get the government that we WANT and DESERVE!
